    Radisson Hotel , Heathrow Airport

    We successfully delivered the installation of a new commercial plant room serving the gym and pool areas at the Radisson Hotel, Heathrow Airport. The works included the supply and installation of high-efficiency boilers, pumps, and heat exchangers, along with associated ventilation, pipework, and controls. Designed to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency, the system provides reliable heating and hot water to meet the demands of the hotel's leisure facilities.

    Broomhill Bank School , Tonbridge

    We carried out a comprehensive mechanical installation within the sports hall, focusing on the changing room facilities and main hall heating. Works included the complete installation of new services to the changing, shower, and toilet areas—distributing hot and cold water services, drainage, ventilation, and sanitaryware. In the main hall, we installed energy-efficient gas-fired radiant tube heaters to provide effective and responsive space heating, ensuring comfort and usability throughout the year.

    Rochester Bridge Trust, Kent

    We delivered specialist mechanical services within a Grade II listed building, carefully balancing modern efficiency with the preservation of historic features. The installation included a low-carbon heating solution using air source heat pumps to provide sustainable and energy-efficient heating throughout the building. High-end sanitaryware was installed in the toilet areas, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure all finishes complemented the character and aesthetics of the heritage interior. All works were completed in line with conservation requirements and to the highest standards of quality and discretion.

    Jasmin Vardimon Dance Sudio, Ashford

    We delivered the full mechanical installation for one of the largest new build dance studios in the Kent area. The project included the design and installation of a central plant room housing energy-efficient heating and hot water systems to serve the entire facility. Heating distribution was carefully designed to ensure consistent comfort across large open studio spaces, with a dedicated ventilation system providing fresh air and maintaining indoor air quality.

    Our works also covered mechanical services to supporting areas including a fully equipped cafeteria, meeting space, and modern changing facilities with showers and high-quality sanitaryware. The installation was completed to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable, efficient, and functional environment for performers and visitors alike

    We were proud to deliver the full Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) package for this state-of-the-art new build theatre. Our scope included the design and installation of energy-efficient HVAC systems, specialist controls, heating distribution, ventilation and extract systems, and visual infrastructure to meet the complex technical requirements of a modern performance space. Delivered to the highest standards, the project showcases our expertise in supporting cultural and community-focused developments.
